CITIZENS COMPASS- Yoruba Indigenes Foundation (YIF), has felicitated with Yoruba Muslims residing in Yoruba land, Nigeria and in diaspora.
on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr taking place today, Wednesday, April 10, 2025.
YIF President, Dr Olumide Aderibole, in a statement signed by Mr Sanjo Olawuyi, the Director of Communications and Strategies of the Foundation urged them to celebrate peacefully.
“Aderibole is full of joy and happiness with our Muslim brothers and sisters, for successfully ending a month-long, down-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan.
We are optimistic that, God has answered your prayers and supplications, in the month of Ramadan.
“In the light of these, we are encouraging our Muslim brothers and sisters, to continue dwelling in peace. And not to relent in prayers for unity, security and the economic recovery of Nigeria.
“Likewise, the spirits of charity, caring and giving, that were overt through out this year’s Ramadan fasting, should not cease in the remaining months in the year 2024.”
