What pastors did to Gospel singer, Sammie Okposo
CITIZENS COMPASS– THE controversial pastor, Apostle Johnson Suleman, on weekend, said some men of God abandoned the late Gospel singer, Sammie Okposo, during his trying moments.
The Founder of Omega Fire Ministries in his condolence message on social media also said Sammie Okposo confirmed this to him.
The late singer who came to limelight in 2004 through one of his tracks “Welu Welu” reportedly slumped and died on Friday, November 25, 2022 at the age of 51.
He was said to be rushed to Eva Hospital, Lekki but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Apostle Suleman said the deceased told him that what some pastors did to him led to the church neglecting him.
The Founder of Omega Fire Ministries, based in Auchi, Edo State, wrote on his Twitter handle: “Now They Post His Pictures But Never Reached Out In His Trying Times.
“He Told Me What Pastors Did To Him And We Both Wept. Love Has Left The Church.
“We Have More ‘Lawyers’ Who Are Ready To Judge Than Intercessors Ready To Restore.
“Rest In Power My Brother.. You Conquered!”
In 2021, a United States of America-based woman, African Doll, took to the social media that the deceased dated and impregnated her.
This caused a stir among his fans and Okposo publicly apologised to his wife.
