T.B Joshua brought electricity to our community – Traditional ruler
The traditional ruler of Arigidi Akoko, Ondo State, Oba Yisa Olanipekun, on Monday, said the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, was instrumental to the electrification of many communities in Akoko land after years of darkness.
Speaking with newsmen in Ondo State, the traditional ruler said his regret was that T.B. Joshua could not complete the ongoing university project in Arigidi Town.
Oba Olanipekun said the late cleric touched many lives in the town.
Prophet TB Joshua hailed from Arigidi Akoko in Ondo State.
The monarch explained that the achievements recorded by T.B. Joshua have gingered the town to push for his burial in the community.
Oba Olanipekun stated that burying T.B. Joshua in Arigidi would ensure his philanthropic legacy remained in the heart of the people.
According to him, other clergymen like Prophet Moses Orimolade was buried in his Ikare hometown.
He said, “He would bring rice to the people whenever we requested. He hated to see people go hungry.
“He was instrumental to the electrification of many communities in Akoko land after years of darkness,” the monarch said.
