CITIZENS COMPASS– A suspected thief, Abubakar Haruna, reportedly dumped into a compound and cut some electric cables threin.
Police in Lagos are currently interrogating him following his arrest.
Disclosing this on his X Handle formerly known as Twitter on Saturday, April 6, 2024, Spokesman, Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said, “Following a distress call, officers of Onikan Division have arrested one Abubakar Haruna, aged 27, after he jumped into a compound, and cut off cables from the transformer within the premises. He was arrested with a machete, two saws and pliers. Investigation is ongoing.”
