CITIZENS COMPASS– A suspected armoured cable vandal has lost his life while allegedly vandalising a transformer I’m Aba, Abia State.
A viral video captured the electrocution on weekend.
The video shared on X formerly known as Twitter captured the incident where the deceased was glued atop the transformer after the electrocution.
Shocked residents gathered at the scene, reacting in disbelief to the grim sight. Many stood in silence, visibly disturbed by the unfortunate incident.
According to reports, the incident occurred at an undisclosed location in Aba. As the video circulated online, netizens took to the comment section to express their thoughts, with many warning about the dangers of tampering with electrical installations.
