CITIZENS COMPASS– SEVEN persons were reportedly pulled out of the rubbles of a five storey building which collapsed in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Thursday, September 8, 2022.
It was gathered that the building which was said to be a hotel under construction caved in, in the early hours, at Awosika area, Ibadan North Local Government Area.
The seven victims were reportedly injured but rescued.
The rescue operation was carried out by men of the State Fire Service, the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRS), and other emergency agencies.
At press time, search and rescued continued.
