CITIZENS COMPASS —Lagos State Police Command says it has arrested two suspects for operating an unregistered drinks production in the State. 

The suspects, Magnus Nwonka,42, and Imo Lawrence, 35, were arrested by officers of the Ojo Division. 

Spokesperson of the Command, Benjamin Hundeyin disclosed this in a video on his X Handle popularly known as Twitter on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. 

The video captured crates of drinks, bags of sachet water, buckets and other items that were seen in a  filthy environment.

“Officers of Ojo Division today arrested the duo of Imo Lawrence ‘m’ aged 35 and Magnus Nwonka ‘m’ aged 42 in possession of fake drinks.

“In the course of investigation, the suspects led detectives to their inconspicuous, multi-room ‘factory.’ Investigation is ongoing.”
