CITIZENS COMPASS –There was division on Monday, June 17, 2024, among the followers of Peter Obi, the Presidential candidate of Labour Party during the 2023 Presidential election as former President Olusegun Obasanjo visited the First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu.
Citizens Compass reports that Obasanjo’s was made public by the First Lady’s Media Aide, Busola Kukoyi via the X Handle.
The post shared the picture of the visitor and his host with some words that read, “Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Senator Oluremi Tinubu after receiving the Former President who came felicitating on the Sallah Celebration on Monday 17th June.”
The post has generated mixed reactions among some followers of Peter Obi.
Recently, Obasanjo was spotted wearing a cap branded after the sitting president.
