CITIZENS COMPASS—Lagos is no longer a haven for traffic robbers as the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offenses (Enforcement) Unit (Taskforce), has acquired brand new Max S bikes to combat traffic robbery and menace of scavengers removing drainage manholes, aluminium rail, power cables and other valuable Government infrastructures in the State at night.
According to the Chairman of Taskforce, CSP Adetayo Akerele the new motorbikes with a 200 capacity engine will be put to better use to combat crimes. He however warns that crime is not a career, so those who engage in it should look for better things to do.
