CITIZENS COMPASS –Barely two months after their marriage, a disagreement over sex, a 29-year-old woman identified as Torkwase Kpile has reportedly stabbed her husband to death following a discord over sex in Benue State.
The incident reportedly occurred in Achusa Village, Makurdi Local Government Area of the State.
The couple was said to have tied the nuptial knot about two months ago only to disagree over sex and the bride reached for a kitchen knife and stabbed her husband, Igbah Kpile in the neck.
Neighbours who got wind of the incident were said to have rushed into the house and met the deceased in the pool of his own blood while the bride alleged that he was disturbing her for sex.
The deceased was said to have died on the way to the hospital.
On realising what happened, the bride was said to have taken to her heels.
Spokesperson, Benue State Police Command, SP Catheren Anene, did not respond to several calls to her cell phone.
