NAOSNP commiserates with minister over mother’s death

 

CITIZENS COMPASS — The National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) has commiserated with the Minister of State for Police Affairs, Hajia Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, over the death on Thursday of her beloved mother, Hajiya Aisha Sulaiman-Danladi, stating the Association stands with her in this trying time.

A statement signed by the Association’s Public Relations Officer, Mr. Eric Elezuo, said the Association was saddened to hear the death of the Minister’s mother as related in a release issued by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Dr. Nasir Sani Gwarzo.

The statement reads: “NAOSNP mourns the passing away of the mother of the revered Minister of State for Police Affairs, Hajia Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim in the early hours of Thursday, in Abuja.

“We, as an Association understand the pains of losing a mother, and urge you to be strong and steadfast in this trying period while praying Allah to grant you peace to bear the loss, and grant the deceased aljanna fidaus.

“We see the legacies of your mother already reflecting in you, and also recognise the positive efforts you are putting in to revamp the Police, and contributions to the Renewed Hope of the President Bola Tinubu administration, and pray God consoles you, and give you fortitude to bear the loss.”

The statement also quoted the president of the Association, Mr. Oki Samson, as saying that the Association remains steadfast and committed to the overall security of the nation through robust and unbiased reportage.

He wished the Minister a speedy recovery from the irreparable loss, knowing that losing a mother is a sad experience.
