OSUN STATE Command of the Federal Fire Service, have rescued a man trapped in an underground tank used in storing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
The incident occurred on Tuesday, at a popular petrol station at Lameco area of the state capital at about 7.10am.
It was gathered that the victim was carrying out an assessment of the area when he was trapped.
However, no life was lost.
The spokesperson of the fire service, Adijat Basiri said that the command received a distress call about the incident
She said officials of the fire service razed to the scene with an ambulance crew and rescue equipment.
She added that the man, Oluwatosin Adesanmi was rescued and taken to the UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
