CITIZENS COMPASS —A 44-year-old man, Mr. Kola Arike from Ikire, Osun State, has discovered that none of his four children were biologically his.
The devastating revelation came to light during a paternity test conducted on all the children.
Mr. Kola and his wife, Toyin Arike, shared a family consisting of Ayomide, 16, Sarah, 12, and two other children aged 8 and 5 years.
To settle the uncertainty about the children’s paternity, a DNA test was conducted at the DDC DNA Diagnostic Center in Alakoko, Osogbo, Osun State.
The results were nothing short of a nightmare for Mr. Kola, as they revealed that he was not the biological father of any of the four children.
This shocking revelation left him in tears, grappling with the overwhelming pain of betrayal and deceit.
In response to the results, Toyin vehemently denied their accuracy, expressing disbelief and claiming she was unaware of the samples taken during the test. She protested, saying, “I don’t accept the result. I don’t accept it because I was not there when they took samples and I don’t know which sample they took, so, I don’t accept it. I can’t accept it because I know how I conceived those children.”
