Lagos arrests six for urinating on rail track 

CITIZENS COMPASS–For openly urinating on rail tracks, Lagos State government on Saturday, arrested six individuals in front of the Nigeria Army Shopping Complex, Arena, Oshodi.

The Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, shared this on his X Handle.

 “6 defaulters were earlier today arrested for open urination on rail track in front of Nigeria Army Shopping Complex, Arena, Oshodi.”

The arrests were made as part of the ongoing efforts to enforce a cleaner and more sanitary environment, under the #ZeroToleranceLagos and #CleanerLagos initiatives.

Citizens Compass reported the state government said it would nolonger tolerate open defecation or any act of indiscriminate dumping of refuse in the State.
