CITIZENS COMPASS–Popular activist and social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has staged a peaceful protest in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
The graduate of Business Administration from the University of Lagos sparked reactions from social media on Sunday when he was spotted bearing a banner ahead of the planned nationwide protest on August 1.
VeryDarkMan and his co-protester were seen standing on a black jeep in an early flagoff of the protest.
The banner read: “Emi lo kon… It is your turn to suffer, Mr. President. Do we even have future with you???” The other man’s banner stated: “Tinubu, We Have Learnt The Hard Way. Pity Us, Sir… We Are Suffering.”
The protest has sparked mixed reactions from social media users.
