THE mother to the Secretary to the Bayelsa State Government (SSG), Madam Betinah Benson, has reportedly been arrested by suspected gunmen dressed in Military uniform.
She was said to be kidnapped on Tuesday night at her residence in the Old Assembly Quarters, Yenagoa.
