CITIZENS COMPASS —An intending bride has been left to her fate following the groom’s decision to dump her on wedding day.

The groom reportedly cancelled the wedding few minutes before tying the nuptial knot.

A Facebook user identified as Longji Benshak, disclosed the shocking development on his wall as he with a photo of the alleged couple. 

According to Longji’s narration, the groom left the bride in suspense as she was in the midst of getting her makeup done. The groom’s kinsmen, accompanied by his parents, arrived to deliver the unexpected news to the bewildered bride.

The reason cited for the cancellation was the groom’s realization that marriage is a profound commitment, and he felt unprepared for the gravity of the union. Longji conveyed the groom’s sentiments, quoting him as expressing that he couldn’t take the vows or build a marriage on a foundation he wasn’t ready for.

Despite the couple being present at a send-off event just the day before, the groom seemingly had a change of heart, choosing the wedding day to announce his decision. Longji, in his social media post, pondered the abrupt nature of the decision, emphasizing that the bride hadn’t done anything wrong. The groom reportedly wished her well in her future endeavors.
