THE Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, has enjoined Parents to groom their children with Equity, as part of moves to curb Gender-Based violence in Lagos State.
Hon Cecilia Bolaji Dada; Commissioner for WAPA, charged participants at the ‘Equality from The Home’ workshop, which held at Lagos Chamber For Commerce and Industry, Ikeja, to be true reflection of a formidable society , aligning all processes for peaceful coexistence.
Parents as the target of the training, were strongly admonished not to engender roles within the family, even as discipline should be regarded as an impartial tool of improvement.
