CITIZENS COMPASS – Men of Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, have rescued a roadside trader from being crushed to death.
The incident occurred at about 10:18 hours, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Osolo Way, Aswani Market, Isolo area of Lagos.
The Director of the Agency. Adeseye Margaret, disclosed this to Citizens Compass in a statement.
“An Accident has been reported at about 10:18 hours Tuesday to the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service at Osolo Way, Aswani Market, Isolo Lagos, which the Isolo Fire Station is currently attending to with its sister agencies.
” It involves a container trailer, a range rover jeep and a tri-circle all conveying lone occupants, that is, drivers alone with a roadside trader rescued unhurt.
” The preliminary cause of the accident was as a result of brake failure of the container trailer with all four victims in stable condition as there is no record of death.”
