TRAGEDY struck in Lekki area of Lagos after a 21-year-old Nigerian Disc Jockey, Abesin Michelle, reportedly drowned at a popular beach in the area.
It was gathered that the unfortunate incident occurred on Thursday afternoon, November 18, 2021.
According to a source, Michelle, who was at the beach with her siblings and a friend, went into the water to make videos, when she was suddenly swept away by the ocean. Her corpse is yet to be retrieved, as at the time of filing in this report.
Effort to reach the Spokesperson, Lagos State Police Command, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu was unsuccessful as calls to his cell phone was not attended to.
