Despite court order, MC Oluomo resumes as NURTW Chairman

CITIZENS COMPASS –Former Lagos State Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, has defiled a court order to resume as the national chairman of the Union.

Oluomo resumed office in Abuja, despite an Appeal court order sacking him as the National Chairman of the Union.

A viral video on Wednesday,, captured some personal effects of Oluomo being moved out of the Lagos office of the Union.

They allegedly captured some frames of MC Oluomo and other items being removed from the NURTW office in the Agege area of Lagos State.

A stationary bus was also seen on-site, seemingly loaded with the personal effects.

This development came shortly after the Court of Appeal sacked MC Oluomo as NURTW National Chairman, reinstating Tajudeen Baruwa as the union’s leader.

However, MC Oluomo has reportedly vouched to continue his struggle as the Union leader.
