CITIZENS COMPASS –A yet-to-be -identified official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), was on Friday, spotted clearing the drainages around Ejigbo in Lagos.

He was spotted alongside a man believed to be a member of Man O War after the downpour.

A video made available to Citizens Compass captured a flooded area with blocked drainages which prevented free flow of water in the area.

The flooding was heavy to the extent that motorists had to meander the axis and this could hinder free flow of traffic at peak hours.

To avert possible traffic jam, the LASTMA official and Man O War member were seen intervening in the situation to ensure sanity in the area.

The intervention caught the attention of the Youth leader of Egbeda Kingdom, Lagos, Prince Wahab Ogunji, who captured the moment in videos.

Meanwhile, a retired police officer, Alhaji Ademola Adedoyin, has called on members of the public to identify the duo promising to offer them N10,000 airtime.

Similarly, the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), has promised an award for the duo during its 2024 Annual conference, Awards and exhibition slated for September.
