Citizens Compass gets PhD holder as health columnist
CITIZENS COMPASS –Your favourite online publication, Citizens Compass, will from the month of August 2024, feature a health columnist in the person of Dr Suleiman Tajudeen, from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), ldi Araba.
The new columnist is a clinical psychologist with the hospital.
He is a clinical psychologist with years of experience.
He has published papers and articles both in national and international journals.
Tajudeen’s interest and services rendered include; psychotherapist, psychometrist.and mental health counselling.
Others are drug counselling services, genetic counselling services, educational, marriage, family counselling services and human resource consultancy among others.
Also, the columnist is a rehabilitation expert.
Tajudeen who is married with children is currently the Head, Clinical Psychology, with the Hospital.
Interms of academic qualifications, he holds Bsc, MSc and PhD in Psychology. He is a Member, Nigerian Psychological Association and former Editor-in-Chief, Nigeria Psychological Association, Lagos State Chapter.
His areas of research interest include rehabilitation counselling, creating awareness on the need to assist people living with mental health problems, physical and psychological disabilities, sickle cell disorder, domestic violence and marital problems among others.
