CITIZENS COMPASS – THE Association of Practioners of Community Media (APCOM) has expressed its heartfelt congratulations to the duo of former Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso and Mr. Kayode Roberts, popularly known as Bibire, on their re-nomination into the Lagos State Executive Council by the State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
APCOM expressed this in a statement by its National President, Abayomi Adejumo, over the weekend.

“Similarly, Mr. Kayode Roberts (Bibire) has demonstrated unwavering commitment to the people of Lagos State during his time as the Special Adviser at the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs.
” His innovative approach to addressing various challenges has resulted in the successful execution of critical projects and programs. His contributions have positively impacted the lives of countless residents across the state.
