CITIZENS COMPASS —A wedding invitation is currently trending online with information that an Abia-born man is set to marry two wives same day.
The intending groom, identified as Okebulu Nkobi, caused a stir on social media after announcing his intention.
He identified his wives-to-be as Nnenna Okeke and Aluba Kalu.
A Facebook user, MC Clockwise on Friday, October 6, shared the wedding invitation where he noted the date Nkobi will be tying the knot to his wives.
According to the invitation shared by the MC, the wedding will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2023, at Abiriba, Ohafia Local Government Area, Abia State.
The invitation has elicited mixed reactions from social media users, while some hailed the man, others however, condemned the idea of polygamy.
Some opined that the man took the decision due to the growing number of single ladies in town.
