CITIZENS COMPASS-–A dispatch rider was unconscious on Friday night when his bike catches fire during collision with a bus on the Third Mainland Bridge, Lagos State.
Vehicular movement was disrupted for hours as a result.
This occurred at about 10p.m forcing many road users to be stranded.
It was gathered that the accident occurred around the Ilaje axis according to updates on the X handle of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).
“At about 10:00PM on Friday, a dispatch bike reportedly collided with a bus and caught fire on the 3rd Mainland Bridge at Ilaje axis, inward Iyana Oworo.
The dispatch bike rider was injured and unconscious on the ground. As a result, vehicular movement was impacted towards Iyana Oworo. Emergency team later responded to the situation.”
