CITIZENS COMPASS – THE Council Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Olusesan Daini has expressed willingness to sponsor General Certificate Education (GCE) for 100 indigent students in the Council.
To that effect, the Council has scheduled a screening exercise for Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the Council Secretariat.
Speaking about the exercise in a statement on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, the Council chairman said
the gesture is to foster the educational sector in the LCDA.
According to him, “The distinguished Chairman of IBLCDA will be sponsoring no fewer than 100 indigents within the LCDA.
” The screening exercise for qualified indigents will be held on Wednesday 9th Aug at the Council Secretariat before the registration follows the following day. Residents are enjoined to sensitize qualified youth to benefit from the ‘Free 100 GCE Forms’.
