CITIZENS COMPASS – Day robbery activities are currently ongoing in Ogba-Ayo, Abanikole – Agoro in Ifo Local
Government area of Ogun State on Friday, July 28, 2023.
The suspected armed robbers are said to be stopping vehicles and robbing passengers of their valuables.
Some of the residents who put a call across Citizens Compass said this has been ongoing for a stretch of a week.
According to them, the suspected armed robbers operate unchecked.
It was learnt that they apply different tactics during operations.
As at 5.50p.m, there was panic in the town as businesses and commercial activities were put unhold.
Residents said there was no presence of security operatives.
