Lagos NSCDC gets new Commandant, Usman Ishaq Alfadarai
CITIZENS COMPASS- The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Lagos State Command has got a new Commandant in the person of Usman Ishaq Alfadarai, on Monday, January 23, 2023.
He took over from Commandant Eweka Okoro.
Alfadarai was born in 1970 in Zaria, Kaduna State. He attended Salvation Army Primary School, Agege and Anwar-ul Islam College, Agege, Lagos State, between 1976 and 1987.
After his secondary education, he attended School of Basic Studies, Bauchi State Polytechnic, Bauchi from 1987 to 1989, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1990 to 1993 for Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Master Degree in Public Administration from University of Lagos.
CC Usman Alfadarai was enlisted into the service in 2006 and rose through hardwork, dedication and commitment to the rank of Commandant of Corps.
The new State Commandant, while addressing officers and men of the Command, on Monday, re-assured Lagosians of maximum protection of critical national assets and infrastructure, through robust engagement with critical stakeholders and synergy with all other security agencies, religious bodies, community leaders and youths especially, now, that we are closer to the forthcoming 2023 general elections and beyond .
A statement signed by the Command’s Spokesperson, Abolurin Oluwaseun announced Alfadarai’s redeployment to Lagos in a statement.
